99th North Strand Sea Scouts

About Us

99th Dublin 2nd Port North Strand Scouts is a Sea Scout group, set up in 2018, with the aim of giving children and teenagers the opportunity to have fun and adventures outdoors and on the water, whilst developing their independence and leadership skills.

In line with Scouting Ireland, the aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, character, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so that they may achieve their full potential and, as responsible citizens, improve society.

Beavers are aged 6 up to 9. Cubs are aged 9 to 11 and Scouts are aged 11-15. We take in new members in September each year, with some possibility of a smaller intake around April.
